Audie Tarpley is an Indianapolis, Indiana, entrepreneur who serves as owner and president of the Dillon Construction Group. At the national level, he has overseen the entire commercial real estate project development cycle. Audie Tarpley has managed, designed, estimated, gotten permits, and constructed projects that included the 208-unit Quarry Luxury Apartments. He has also guided the creation of a class A corporate headquarters for Lids and the building of a five-story headquarters for Merchants Bank.
In his past position at Bear Creek Capital, LLC, as director of construction, Mr. Tarpley guided investor-informed projects through acquisition, design, and construction. He successfully implemented value engineering and design changes that substantially reduced expenses. Mr. Tarpley also successfully reduced the planned development timeline from two years to 16 months.
Mr. Tarpley’s resume includes a role as a development manager with Jones Lang LaSalle in Miami. He guided the $35 million redevelopment of The Palms shopping center, bringing a new tenant line-up on board. His efforts included engaging with local government agencies to complete permitting and entitlements.
